Caused cold sores
I gave it two stars solely for the taste, which is very enjoyable. However, this is the second biotin product I've tried, and it has resulted in awful cold sores on my face. The painful spots are deep and festering, causing distress. It's disappointing because I appreciate the flavour, but I won't continue or reorder.

After a short period of use, I realised that the product was causing cold sores on my face. Once I stopped taking it, the sores disappeared. I didn’t have enough time to assess its effectiveness for shedding.

I discovered that products containing biotin lead to cold sores for me. Unfortunately, I didn't continue long enough to see any benefits because I stopped immediately upon realising the adverse effect.
